CARLY TURNER
Beauty Educator
Our Beauty Therapist Trainer Carly has over 15 years experience within the Beauty Industry. Carly started her training at Worcester College of technology where she gained her level 2 and 3 VTCT in Beauty Therapy. She then went on to gain a Foundation Degree in salon business management at The University College Birmingham.
From here Carly worked in a Beauty salon for a couple of years , where she gained lots of knowledge and perfected her skills.
For the past 10 years Carly has been running her own business through renting a space in a Beauty Salon. Throughout these years , Carly has kept up to date with all the new and upcoming treatments, meaning she has a wide range of Qualifictaions under her belt.
During lockdown Carly decided she wanted to pass on her knowledge and skills so decided to study in teaching. In 2022 Carly gained her AET in teaching Level 3. Meaning she can now train others in a wide range of treatments.
NIKKI BREWER
Barbering & Business Educator
This is our Barber Trainer Nikki she has over 20 years experience within the barbering industry. She started her career in barbering while training as an apprentice working towards her Level 3 Barbering at a local barber shop and college ,she stayed there for 6 years perfecting her barbering skills and gaining experience and a healthy clientele.
She then moved on to opening her own barber shop doors and has continued to run it for the past 15 years. She has since branched out to a hair salon & Beauty Bar also which all are continuing to thrive.
Over the past 15 years Nikki has trained many apprentices who all now have a career in hairdressing.
While running the businesses Nikki has developed many skills during this time including salon/shop management and training learners based on their individual needs .
During the covid pandemic Nikki decided she didn't want to be limited to pass on her skills , knowledge and experience just to those who are employed by her , so decided to study to become a trainer.
She now has all the relevant qualifications to become a barber trainer and is looking forward to having an impact on the next generation of future barbers and potential business owners.
REBBECCA SMITH
Hair Educator
Our hairdressing trainer Becky is a senior stylist and has been in the industry for 22 years. She started her education at Worcester college where she gained her NVQ level 2 and 3 in Hairdressing. She then went on to work in a world wide known hair salon working in the midlands and London getting herself a colour degree in Loreal professional colour.

Furthering her qualifications she went onto doing what she loves best hair up and bridal courses with the likes of Patrick Cameron and Ann Mac.

Becky has now settled in to salon life as a self employed hair stylist teaching and learning within a salon environment.
When lockdown hit she decided to take learning to the next level and bring it into the salon by studying teaching. So in 2022 Becky gained her AET in teaching Level 3 which means she can now go on to teach others her knowledge and skills from her long career in Hairdressing.
